apprised that a cheque of Rs.2,36,000/- has already been sent to the petitioner in terms of such decision.

4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does admit that a cheque of the above said amount has already been received by the petitioner but it is submitted that the special cash award which has been bestowed upon the petitioner as coach of the wrestler in question is not fully in consonance with the policy and the petitioner was entitled and eligible to receive much more than what has been given to him. 5.

During course of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner would reserve his right to challenge the above said order. He, therefore, submits that, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, the present petition may be disposed of as not pressed.

6.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
