Heard. Issue notice. Learned counsel for respondent accepts notice and submits that she has no objection, if the captioned IA is allowed. In view of the submission made, the captioned IA is allowed subject to just exceptions. O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) 24/2024 2.

This is a fresh petition u/s 27 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the next date for recording of evidence before learned Arbitral Tribunal is 07.09.2024 at 2 pm.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that she has no objection, if the present petition is allowed.
