After some hearing, learned Counsel for the respondent submits on instructions that the respondent would withdraw the impugned termination notice dated 2 August 2024 read with subsequent communication dated 30 August 2024.

Accordingly, the grievance in this petition does not survive for adjudication. The petition is accordingly disposed of. This shall not preclude the respondent from taking any other action as and when advised, in accordance with law.
