Acting in the capacity as the taxation officer, I was to determine the costs incurred by the plaintiff in this suit. In the light of the various directions passed by the undersigned, the plaintiff had filed the legal-charges invoices (in a sealed cover) and the statement of costs. They were perused, whereby the claim of the plaintiff seeking the costs USD $23,849 (USD Twenty Three thousand, eight hundred and forty nine only), appears to be reasonable and justified, subject to their conversion rates existing at the time of the issuance of the individual invoices as listed. Those are accordingly granted in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant.

The registry shall now complete the necessary formalities for the preparation of the final decree.
