By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing/setting aside of the orders dated 09.05.2023 passed by the learned MM, Saket Court, South District and the order dated 09.11.2023 passed by the learned MM, Saket Court, South District, New Delhi.

An affidavit has been filed by the petitioner as well as his counsel thereby tendering his unconditional apology in pursuance of the order dated 04.01.2024. The same is accepted.

Considering the aforesaid, the impugned order dated 09.05.2023 to the extent imposing cost of Rs.25,000/- as well as the consequent orders on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the aforesaid including the order dated 09.11.2023 whereby warrants of attachment had been issued, are hereby set aside 4.

The petitioner who is present in the Court assures that no such incident will be repeated in future.
