a) Summon the records of SC No. 7556/2016 titled State vs. Ram Gopal & 2 Others pending before the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge (South) FTC-02 Saket Courts, New Delhi; and b) Partly set aside and quash the impugned order(s) dated 03/11/2023 passed by the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge (South) FTC-02 South in SC No.7556/2016 titled State vs. Ram Gopal & 2 Others by which the Ld. ASJ recalled the discharged witness behind the back of the Petitioner; and c) Any order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondents." 2.
