% 24.04.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have already entered into a Settlement Agreement effective as on 17.04.2017 whereby the respondent had agreed to pay the settlement amount of ` 18 lacs. It is stated that the said payment is to be made within a period of 10 days.
