% 23.05.2016 IA No. 3273/2016 Plaintiff has filed this application for transfer of the suit to the court of competent jurisdiction.

Ld. counsel for defendants has appeared. The value of the suit for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 1 Crore. The office of the defendant is situated in New Friends Colony (East) which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District. The application is accordingly allowed. IA stands disposed off accordingly.

CS(OS) 1248/2006 In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, Delhi on 27th July, 2016 for further

directions.
