Further to the order dated 06.05.2025, Mr. Sumit Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal, as it does not fall within the parameters of Section 11 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Ordinance, 1944. He, however, reserves the appellant's right to pursue appropriate alternative remedies, including remedies against the impugned judgement dated 17.01.2018 of the learned Special Judge, PC Act (CBI).

The appeal, alongwith the pending application, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
