there was a Look-Out Circular ("LOC") issued against the Petitioners at the instance of the Enforcement Directorate.

The Bureau of Immigration has filed affidavits in both the petitions, categorically stating that there exist no LOCs in the name of any of the Petitioners. Copies of the said affidavits have been handed over across the board, and are taken on record.

Since there are no LOCs against the Petitioners, no directions are required to be passed.
