% 07.03.2017 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Town Vending Committee(TVC) to substitute her name in place of her husband, who has expired. Counsel for the NDMC, who enters appearance, without admitting any of the averments made in the writ petition, submits that in case the petitioner makes an application with all supporting documents to the respondent, the same would be considered in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of in above terms. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. The respondent/TVC will take a decision in accordance with law based on the documents to be placed on record by the petitioner. CM.APPL 7122/2017 also stands disposed of.
