This petition is filed challenging the suspension order dated 08.08.2024.

The grievance raised is that the petitioner is on suspension and the inquiry has not been completed and the petitioner is suffering from both ends.

Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions, submit that steps are being taken and the inquiry will be positively concluded within eight weeks.
