O R D E R

% 31.08.2018 The parties have already settled their disputes in terms of the Settlements/Addendums to Memorandum of Understanding dated 31st July, 2013 read with dated 30th March, 2015 and 18th December, 2016. The said Settlements/Addendums/Memorandum of Understandings have been placed on record along with I.A. No.673/2017 in OMP 490 of 2013. The said settlement has been accepted by all the parties and learned counsels for the parties submit that the terms have already been implemented in part. Learned counsel for Petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the petition in view of the settlement. The parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. All petitions and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement.
