Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter was settled between the parties in the Court of Special Judge (PC Act), CBI-01, Saket Courts, New Delhi and their statement to this effect was recorded on 1.5.2018 in Crl. Appeal No.258/2017 in terms whereof the respondent has handed over a demand draft of Rs. 4 lacs bearing No.359822 dated 26.11.2018 to the petitioners today in the Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the parties had to file the petition for divorce by mutual consent in the month of July, 2018, however, they could not file the same since criminal case was pending for hearing and they shall be filing the petition for divorce by mutual consent within one month from today. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that in view of the payment of Rs.4 lacs, she may be allowed to withdraw the
present revision petition with the liberty to revive the present petition in case rest of the terms and conditions of the settlement are not followed by the respondent.
Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
