% 16.03.2016 CS(OS) 1293/2006 Learned counsels for parties have submitted that the four cases listed before this court as Item no.14 to 17 vide CS(OS) 1293/2006, CS(OS) 1624/2006, CS(OS) 1832/2006 & CS(OS) 1833/2006, respectively are connected and CS(OS) 1624/2006 is the lead case, where evidence is being recorded.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 18.07.2016 at 10.00 a.m. Put up the matter alongwith CS(OS) 1624/2006, CS(OS) 1832/2006 & CS(OS) 1833/2006.
