1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been invalidated from service on the basis of the findings of the Medical Board, which had placed him in Medical category Shape V, she may be granted leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to assail the findings of the Medical Board, which she contends are erroneous.

2. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
