The present writ petition raises a grievance as regards alleged unauthorised construction in property bearing no.F-8, Flat No.302, 40 Feeta Road, Meraj Apartment, Shaheen Bagh, New Delhi-110025. 2.

It is alleged that the petitioner is residing at the 4th floor of the aforesaid property and that unauthorized construction is being raised by the respondent nos.5 and 6 above the 4th floor and up to the 6th floor. Learned counsel, as aforesaid, appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 submits that necessary demolition action in respect of the unauthorized construction in the aforesaid property is scheduled to be undertaken on 15.01.2024. The said statement is taken on record.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present application at this stage. The same is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to say, the respondent no.3 i.e. the SHO, PS Shaheen Bagh will provide all necessary assistance to the respondent no.1 for the purpose of the action proposed to be carried out by respondent no.1.
