When this Court suggested to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that since chargesheet has been filed and the matter is fixed for hearing the arguments on charges on 25.09.2024, and therefore, all the contentions raised by the Petitioner can be argued elaborately before the learned Magistrate before whom the entire material is present, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has accepted the suggestion given by this Court and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all contentions available to the Petitioner under law including those raised in this petition at an appropriate stage.
