1. The present petition has been filed seeking following prayers; a)Issue an appropriate writ, order(s) or direction(s) or any other appropriate writ directing the Trial Court (i.e. the Ld. Dr. Neha Saini, MM/Mahila Court, South East, Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi) to expedite hearing of the CT Case No. 956/2021; AND b)grant interim protection from being ousted from her matrimonial home till the application is decided by the Ld. Court; c)Pass any other or further orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. I consider that passing such an order would amount to maintaining the calendar of the learned Trial Court, which is not practical.
