The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is presently posted at District Sundergarh, Orissa, praying inter alia for quashing the reversion order dated 2nd November, 2005, issued by the Senior Commandant, CISF Unit at Dhanbad.

It has been enquired from learned counsel for the petitioner as to how the present petition is maintainable in this Court when almost the entire cause of action has arisen at Dhanbad. 3.

After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of petitioner to approach the court vested with the territorial jurisdiction to entertain this petition.
