By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers:- 'a. Direct the prison authorities to provide Asadullah Akhtar with call facilities on a daily basis to interact with his family members.'

Learned ASC for the State submits that the petitioner has already preferred an application for the same relief before the trial court, which was considered and allowed. The clarification sought by the petitioner is also pending consideration before the trial court and is now listed on 12.09.2024. 3.

Considering that the trial court is already seized of the prayer made in the petition, I find no ground to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.

Needless to state that the trial court will consider the request pending before it in accordance with law.
