The Suit for Declaration, Cancellation of Undertaking and Damages etc. has been filed by the plaintiff.

It is submitted jointly by both the counsels on behalf of the plaintiff and the defendant that the matter has been amicably settled in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 15.02.2024. The Settlement Agreement is signed by both the parties, Mr. Vipul Arora as partner of the plaintiff firm and by the defendant and also by their respective counsels.

instructions endorses the Settlement Agreement and undertake to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement. It is requested that the Suit of the plaintiff and the counter-claim of the defendant be herby disposed of, in terms of the Clause 9 specifically and other terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.02.2024.

In view of the submissions made and considering that the parties are arrived at a Settlement Agreement dated 15.02.2024 voluntarily and without coercion, the present Suit and the Counter-Claim are disposed of, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.02.2024. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
