This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 12 months.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to Concession Agreement dated 19.02.2010, three-member Arbitral Tribunal was constituted to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. With the consent of the parties, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal was extended on O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 644/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 06.02.2025 upto 06.08.2025. It is stated in the petition that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of evidence of the Respondent's witnesses and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 06.08.2025. 5.

Issue notice.

Mr. Manu Bajaj, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 7.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 12 months from 07.08.2025. 8.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
