% 19.02.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No. 1336/15, registered at PS Amar Colony, under Sections 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

On behalf of the State at the outset, it has been submitted that apart from the respondent no. 2 arrayed on record there is one more victim in the case as per FIR also, which has not been arrayed on record as party. Learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks to withdraw the petition, which is dismissed as withdrawn.

Copy of the order be given Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
