Mr. Karol, Advocate, learned counsel for accused/applicant who had been earlier appearing, submits that he has no information that the accused/applicant has changed the counsel. Since Mr. Vivek Kumar, Advocate has already filed his vakalatnama with this application, Mr. Karol is discharged as counsel for the accused/applicant. 2.

Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to approach the Trial Court afresh as there is change in circumstances. The application is allowed and accordingly the Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the Trial Court in case there is change of circumstances. 3.

The date of 16.05.2025 is cancelled.
