% 29.02.2016 CRL.M.A. 3642/2016 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 662/2016 Wife of the petitioner was missing since 13.02.2016 which led to the filing of the present petition. We are informed that the wife of the petitioner has since returned to her husband on 26.02.2016, counsel for the petitioner submits that she is present in court with the petitioner. Deepti says that she would like to stay with her husband and not with her parents. Counsel for the petitioner submits that only direction which petitioner and Deepti are seeking at this stage is that the concerned police station should ensure their safety. Deepti claims to be a major and supporting documents have been placed on record.

Mr. Mehra submits that one mobile number of Beat Constable would be provided to the couple and the safety of the couple shall be ensured.
