The present petition has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.0493/2023 under Sections 376/506 IPC registered at Police Station Fatehpur Beri. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner invites the attention of the Court to order dated 05.01.2024 to contend that interim protection was granted by this Court subject to the petitioner joining investigation as and when directed by the concerned IO.

He submits that the petitioner has joined investigation as and when directed by the IO. Even the chargesheet now stands filed, therefore, the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. 4.
The learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO who is present in Court, affirms the aforesaid position. In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer concerned.
