This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/petitioner under Section 152 CPC seeking certain corrections in the judgment dated 29.04.2024 passed by this Court. 3.
None appeared on behalf of the respondent despite sending advance notice.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that in paragraph (17) of the judgment dated 29.04.2024, the order that has been passed by the learned Mahila Court has been referred to as dated 17.01.2012, which should be written and read as 27.01.2012. 5.
Further, in the concluding paragraph (35), instead of referring "respondent/defendant", it has been wrongly typed as "respondent/plaintiff". The said corrections are done accordingly The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. today and this application stands disposed of, which be read as part and parcel of the earlier judgment delivered by this Court dated 29.04.2024.
