This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/petitioner under Section 152 CPC seeking certain corrections in the judgment dated 29.04.2024 passed by this Court. 3.

None appeared on behalf of the respondent despite sending advance notice.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that in paragraph (17) of the judgment dated 29.04.2024, the order that has been passed by the learned Mahila Court has been referred to as dated 17.01.2012, which should be written and read as 27.01.2012. 5.

Further, in the concluding paragraph (35), instead of referring "respondent/defendant", it has been wrongly typed as "respondent/plaintiff".
