Learned counsel for the petitioners says that since the appellate authority has passed an order dated 15.2.2018 in Appeal No.12/2017, she would like to withdraw the captioned writ petition with liberty to assail the same in accordance with law.

To be noted, learned counsel for the petitioners says that a copy of the aforementioned order in the pending contempt petition initiated by the petitioners was furnished to her today in court. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition as well as pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to assail the aforementioned order, albeit, in accordance with law.
