% 03.09.2024 Mr.Ashish Garg, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties and the petitioner has got the possession of the suit property. Thus, nothing survives in the present petition for further adjudication. The petitioner, appearing in-person through video conferencing corroborated the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. In light of the above, nothing is left in the present petition for further adjudication as the matter has already been settled between the parties. Accordingly, the present petition alongwith pending application stands disposed of.
