Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and was aggrieved by order whereby his application moved under Order XII Rule 6 CPC had been dismissed.

However, it is now informed that the matter has been amicably settled. 5.

The learned Trial Court had referred the parties to Mediation and, in terms of settlement which took place before the learned Mediator, the suit in question has even been withdrawn by the petitioner/plaintiff. 6.

In view of the abovesaid subsequent development, nothing survives in the present petition either and resultantly the present petition, in terms of settlement, is disposed of as having become infructuous.
