By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayer:

"a. Set-aside the impugned order dated 10.07.2025 passed by the Ld. Trial Court in complaint case NO VIIV24/DZU/2023 registered at PS : Narcotic Control Bureau uls: 29 NDPS act b. Direct the Ld. Trial Court to examine public witnesses namely Avnish Kumar and Arjun before examining the official witnesses" 2.

Issue notice. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of NCB accepts notice and states that he has no objection to the prayer 'b' made by the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court.
