The present petition for transfer of SC No. 527/2018 titled State v. Enamul Miya @ Rinku and Anr. has been instituted pursuant to the order of the Registrar General of this Court dated 13th August, 2025. The order was passed in view of the request made by the Principal District & Sessions Judge (Central), Delhi noting that Mr. Virender Singh, Special Judge, NDPS-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, has rescued himself from hearing the matter stating that his Court is not the Designated Court to deal with scheduled offences under the provisions of National Investigative Agency Act, this case is required to be transferred to the Court of Competent jurisdiction for adjudication.

Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court as quoted in the order dated 05th August, 2025 passed by Registrar General of this Court, SC No. 29398/2016 titled State v. Enamul Miya @ Rinku and Anr., presently pending adjudication before the Court of Mr. Virender Singh, Special Judge, NDPS-02, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction housed at Patiala House Courts, New Delhi dealing with the cases pertaining to the National Investigation Agency Act.

Parties are directed to appear before the Transferee Court on 30th August, 2025. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. 5.
A copy of this order be sent immediately without any failure to Principal District and Sessions Judges of the concerned district for necessary information and compliance.
