* IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + CRL.M.C. 874/2018 and CRL.M.A. 3221/2018 (stay) KRISHNA ..... Petitioner Through: None versus RITU PAL ..... Respondent Through: Ms. Pallavi Sharma Kansal, Mr. Saurabh Kansal, Ms. Ashu Chaudhary and Mr. Shallaj Kumar, Advocates

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ KUMAR OHRI

O R D E R

% 03.03.2020 1.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that appearance of the counsel marked on 02.08.2019, is incorrect as the counsel Mr. Saurabh Kansal is, in fact, a counsel for the respondent. 2.

On the last date of hearing, again none has appeared for the petitioner. Today, the matter has been passed over and even at the second call, neither the petitioner nor his counsel have appeared. 3.

The petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution of the case along with the pending application.
