This application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 23rd October 2024, which directed the quashing of FIR No. 354/2022 registered at P.S. Sun Light Colony, on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties dated 26th August 2023.

Counsel for petitioner states that subsequently, some Sections were added to the charge-sheet at the time of framing of charges, and they were part of the Status Report filed by the State. 3.

Inadvertently, Sections 337/468/471/474 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') and Sections 3/181 of the Motor Vehicles Act ('MV') were not mentioned in the order. It is stated that due to the said reason, the Trial Court is not inclined to close the trial.

Accordingly, application is allowed.
