By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 17.10.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-II, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi in CC No.264/2019 titled CBI v. Ravi Mohan Sharma and others. 2.

Mr. Pramod Dubey, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 states upon instructions that the only direction given in the impugned order is to produce the entry/exit register maintained by the CBI for the months of October and November, 2014. He states that the respondents are not seeking a copy of the same but only want to confront the Investigating Officer as to whether the concerned witnesses who have appeared in the trial had ever visited the CBI Office on those dates or times or not.
