The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings are pending before the learned Trial Court for more than seven years. The matter was fixed for arguments on the charge for the first time on 15.12.2017 and is now listed on 08.01.2024 for the same purpose. The matter is getting delayed because respondents are taking unwarranted adjournments. 4.

Since the matter is now listed for 08.01.2024 for arguments on the charge, this Court does not consider it apposite to pass any directions.
