This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR no. 0510/2021 registered at PS Mangolpuri, Delhi, under Sections 376/506/323/34 IPC. 2.

of age whereas she herself is 19 years of age) the Aadhar Char of both the petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 are appended, as also a marriage certificate issued by Revenue Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 19th July, 2024.

It is stated that they knew each other, but at the time when she was minor in age and now have decided to marry after attaining the age of majority.

Petitioner no.1-3 (petitioner no.3 is present through VC) and respondent no. 2 are present in Court, duly identified by IO and the counsel. 5.

Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 0510/2021 under Sections323/341/34 IPC registered at PS Mangolpuri, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
