Ms. Dolly Sharma, Advocate.

versus STATE NCT OF DELHI .....Respondent Through:

Ms. Priyanka Dalal, Advocate.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN

O R D E R

% 03.02.2026 1.

After hearing arguments for some time, Ms. Dolly Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file afresh, once the charges are ascertained. 2.

She, however, submits that there is no admissible incriminating material on record against the accused, and she would raise all her contentions before the learned Trial Court at the time of consideration of charge. She also submits that when the matter was taken up on last date, on account of some confusion, it was wrongly recorded that the charges have been framed. 3.

Be that as it may, in view of the above, the present application is disposed of as not pressed.

4.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 5.

The applicant would be at liberty to file the petition afresh once the charges are ascertained.
