The present application preferred by the respondent/applicant under Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers:- <It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that in the interest of justice this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the petitioners/tenants to pay entire arrears of user and occupation charges in respect of the demised premises w.e.f April 2025 to October 2025 immediately and vacate the premises.= 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent/applicant seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present application, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
