Petitioner seeks inclusion in survey claiming that he is squatting at Opp. Shop No 22, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi - 110023. 2.

Counsel for respondent no.1/New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) appears on advance notice and states that survey has already been conducted on 31st July 2025 and review period has been exhausted on 21st August 2025.

In this regard, Mr. Sahoo, counsel appearing for petitioner, states that the petitioner forms part of 628 List of "Unauthorised Squatters For Allotment of Spaces on Lottery Basis" and therefore, petitioner will prefer a representation before respondent no.1/NDMC in this regard within the next four weeks.
