This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs inter alia seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendants, their agents, franchisees, servants and all others acting for and on their behalf, from directly or indirectly copying, reproducing, storing, installing and/or using pirated/unlicensed/unauthorised versions of software program(s) of Plaintiff No. 1 and/or committing infringement/unauthorised usage of, including but not limited to, MicroStation, OpenFlows Sewergems, Openflows HAMMER, RAM Concept, OpenFlows WaterGEMS, OpenRoads Designer and Staad.Pro and its various versions or any other software programs developed by the Plaintiffs in any manner that may amount to infringement of the Plaintiffs' copyright subsisting in its software programs and software related documentation, amongst other reliefs. During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 03.02.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. 3.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties. Settlement Agreement shall form a part of the decree and the terms therein shall bind the parties thereto. 4.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 5.

Suit along with pending application stands disposed of. 6.

Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
