% 21.02.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the unauthorized and illegal construction which is being permitted at property bearing No.68, Begum Pur, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. Submission is that this is against all the bye-laws of the Corporation.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent/3/SDMC has put in appearance. His submission (under instructions) is that the property has been booked on 15.02.2017 for the illegal deviations which have been noted in the property and all process in accordance having been initiated and the same shall also be completed and taken

to its ultimate goal. This statement of respondent no.3 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that the commitment is honoured in true letter and spirit. A time bound schedule of eight weeks is fixed for respondent no.3 to take all appropriate action in this interregnum. The local police will provide assistance to respondent no.3 as and when required.

Needless to state that all adverse actions against private respondent will be taken after due notice to him. Petition disposed of.
