% 11.02.2026 By way of the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No.0658/2024 dated 05.12.2024 registered under section 115(2)/126(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at P.S.: Kalkaji, Delhi. There were 03 injured persons; 01 injured person, who has signed the memorandum of settlement is not present; 02 injured persons, who are stated to have suffered grievous injuries, have not signed the memorandum of understanding.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh as may be permissible in accordance with law.
