O R D E R

% 24.02.2016 The disputes between the parties arising in the two suits have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 29.01.2016 duly signed by the parties to the two suits, their learned counsel and the learned Mediator is placed on record. Both the parties have decided not to press their respective suits. The terms of settlement are contained in paragraph 6 of the settlement agreement and there is no impediment in accepting the same. The same are, accordingly, accepted.

Both the suits stand disposed of in terms of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the same.

The parties shall be entitled to refund of the Court Fees since the matter has been settled in mediation.
