W.P.(C) 1605/2017 & CM 7228/2017 After some submissions, Mr.Romy Chacko, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition to approach the concerned authority by way of a representation in view of direction no.3 at page 44 wherein the authority has stated as under:- "(3) To rectify the deficiencies as listed above and submit compliance report within 30 days to D.D.E. concerned." Mr.Chacko states, an appropriate representation shall be made within two weeks from today. Mr.S.K.Tripathi states, on receipt of the representation, the same shall be considered and disposed of

within six weeks, thereafter. The statement is taken on record. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take all such pleas as available both on facts and in law in its representation.
