Criminal Revision Petition under Section 482 read with Section 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (as amended up to date) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, to challenge the Order dated 10.03.2025 in a Complaint Case bearing CC No.20697/2018 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 whereby the learned Metropolitan Magistrate has dismissed the Application filed for discharge of the Petitioner.
