% 29.02.2016 Present writ petition has been filed primarily seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the complaints/representations made by the petitioner on the ground of alleged mal-administration by respondent No.4 in a time bound manner.

Keeping in view the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, this Court directs that the complaints/representations made by the petitioner along with comments of respondents No.1 to 4 shall be forwarded to the Visitor within a period of three months.

This Court is confident that the Visitor being the President of India will expeditiously dispose of the complaints/representations filed by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.
