% 22.02.2017 W.P.(CRL) 525/2017 & Crl.M.A.2843/2017 Learned counsel for respondent nos.3 & 4 submits that passport, driving license, 10th and 12th certificates and medical documents regarding the treatment of petitioner would be handed over to SI Vikram Singh PS Rajouri Garden today itself at 4:00 pm at police station Rajouri Garden. Respondent nos.3 & 4 are present in Court and they shall remain bound by this statement. SI Vikram Singh in turn shall hand over these documents to

petitioner no.1 or her father, that is, respondent no.5, today itself at 5:00 pm. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that writ petition may be disposed of by confirming the interim order dated 16th February, 2017. Ordered accordingly.
