% 26.09.2025 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 10.09.2025 for releasing the amount deposited by the decree holder to the judgment debtor after verification.

As per office note, nothing fresh has been filed. Judgement debtor i.e. Mr. Satya Narain Das Gupta is present in Court through virtual mode. He has been duly identified by his counsel.

Learned counsel for judgment debtor has also handed over across the board the authorization letter for collection of demand draft/cheque. As per the letter, judgement debtor has authorize his counsel Mr. Rahul Goyal, Advocate to collect the said demand draft/cheque of Rs. 25 lakhs along with accrued interest. Copy of aadhar card of judgment debtor has also been filed. Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs. 25 lakhs along with accrued interest to the judgment debtor as directed by the Hon'ble Court in order dated 10.09.2025.
